This Privacy Policy describes how CrateusLab ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the SpaceTowers mobile application (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information only when you choose to sign in with Google:

Google account display name — used to identify your account internally.
Google account profile photo URL — displayed as your avatar in the app.
Google account unique identifier (UID) — used to associate your data with your account.
Username (pseudo) — a unique name you choose yourself, displayed on the global leaderboard.
Game scores — your best scores per game mode, submitted to the global leaderboard.

If you play as a guest (without signing in), no personal information is collected. Local game statistics are stored exclusively on your device and are never transmitted.

2. How We Use Your Information

To display your username and scores on the global leaderboard.
To associate your game progress with your account across sessions.
To display your profile photo within the app.

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the App.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Authentication), operated by Google LLC. Data may be stored on servers located outside your country of residence. Google's privacy practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party, except as required to operate the App through Google Firebase services. Your username and scores are publicly visible to all players on the leaderboard by design.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained as long as you maintain an account in the App. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, uninstall the App and contact us (see Section 7). We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

6. Children's Privacy

SpaceTowers is a general-audience card strategy game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction or deletion of your data.
Object to or restrict processing of your data.

To exercise any of these rights, please open a request through the Google Play Store listing for SpaceTowers.

8. Security

We rely on Google Firebase's built-in security infrastructure, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, and strict Firestore security rules that ensure each user can only write their own data.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
